A New York judge on Wednesday unsealed and unredacted hundreds of pages of documents in Virginia Giuffre’s defamation lawsuit against Ghislaine Maxwell

Tom Pritzker, the executive chairman of Hyatt Hotels, was named along with the likes of Prince Andrew and hedge fund billionaire Glenn Dubin as the many men Jeffrey Epstein victim Virginia Giuffre said she had sex with, according to a newly unredacted legal deposition.

In the 2016 deposition, Giuffre was asked by her lawyer: “How many times have you had sex with Tom Pritzker?” and she answered: “I believe I was with Tom once.”

There was nothing in the passage indicating she had been sent to do so by either Epstein or Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein’s paramour who also served as a madam of sorts.

Later in the deposition, Giuffre discusses having sex with the “owner of a large hotel chain” in France at “his own cabana townhouse thing,” without mentioning Pritzker by name. In that instance, she said she was sent to do so by Maxwell.

Neither Pritzker, Dubin or Prince Andrew have been charged in connection with the Epstein case. The billionaire hotelier is a member of Chicago’s politically powerful Pritzker family. He’s denied the Giuffre’s claims.

“This is the same false and isolated allegation that was published and vehemently denied more than four years ago,” a spokesperson for Pritzker said in a statement emailed to The Messenger. “Mr. Pritzker continues to vehemently deny it.”

A New York judge on Wednesday unsealed and unredacted hundreds of pages of documents in Giuffre’s defamation lawsuit against Maxwell.

The documents reveal the names of dozens of people connected to Epstein and socialite Maxwell, who in 2022 was sentenced to 20 years in prison in connection with the Epstein sex-trafficking conspiracy.  More names are expected to be revealed in the coming days as more documents are unsealed.
