U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General (JAG) Officer Benjamin France is accused of threatening January 6 and ICE agents in a post to his X account on Saturday.
“And we will hunt down every J6 and ICE agent again,” France allegedly wrote in the X post.
Sam Shoemate, an intelligence officer and retired U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer 2, posted a screenshot of the post, purportedly from France’s account, on Tuesday.
“Meet Benjamin France, aka ‘Benny.’ Benny made a comment threatening to ‘hunt down every J6 and ICE agent’ three days ago on X,” Shoemate said in a post on X.
Shoemate also shared images, purportedly from France’s LinkedIn profile, showing Benjamin France taking the oath to join the U.S. Navy JAG Corps, along with France’s professional headshot. (RELATED: US Military Solves Recruitment Crisis In Ninety Seconds)
Shoemate noted that France deleted both his X and LinkedIn account after being identified.

“Normally I wouldn’t care about comments like this, but since Benny decided to threaten federal agents, I’ll post his comments directed @SecDef as an added bonus,” Shoemate added.
The post includes another set of images, allegedly from France, containing derogatory comments directed at Hegseth.
A screenshot shows France allegedly addressing Department of Defense (DOD) Press Secretary Kingsley Cortes and Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth, stating both individuals “are a joke at the DOD.

The other image depicts another alleged post from France’s X account that states, “Can’t wait for your ass to eventually be fired when Hegseth eventually drinks himself into a coma. You worthless piece of shit.”
“Benny’s chain of command has been notified,” Shoemate asserted. “However, in case you’d like to follow up, this should help.
This kind of threatening behavior towards agents, who are already under fire, simply cannot be allowed, especially from an officer whose job is to provide legal advice to his command and holds sway over policy that affects potentially thousands of sailors.”
Shoemate also included France’s alleged California bar license profile.(RELATED: Hegseth’s Pentagon Pushes Troop Quality Of Life Improvements Up On Priority List)
The Daily Caller reached out to the U.S. Navy JAG Corps office for comment regarding France’s alleged remarks on social media.
