Owensboro Attorney Indicted On Adult Exploitation Charges

An Owensboro attorney who specializes in elder law, and two other members of his office, were indicted by a grand jury in Ohio County earlier this week.

Darron L. Brawner, a laywer who owns Western Kentucky Elder Law on Frederica Street, was indicted Monday on one count of knowingly exploitating an adult (loss of more than $300), and four counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.
